In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1   By accessing the 8888fd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

2.2   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 8888fd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

2.3   If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8888fd platform and contact support to request account closure if you hold an existing account.

2.4   8888fd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.

3.1   To register and maintain an 8888fd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing 8888fd from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8888fd or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party;
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 8888fd or any of its gaming software providers;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.2   During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and such other information as 8888fd may request. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3   Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 8888fd account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of any outstanding balances following investigation.

3.4   8888fd reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8888fd login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2   All activity conducted through your 8888fd account using your login credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you personally. 8888fd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3   You must notify 8888fd immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach affecting your 8888fd login credentials.

4.4   8888fd may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend or temporarily restrict account access for security investigations, compliance reviews, or where unusual activity is detected on the account.

4.5   Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 8888fd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via registered contact details before applying any dormancy management procedure. Any applicable dormancy fees will be communicated in advance of their application.

5.1   8888fd accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2   All deposits must originate from a payment source legally owned by and registered in the name of the 8888fd account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment source not belonging to the account holder will be refunded to its source and the account will be subject to review.

5.3   The minimum deposit amount on 8888fd is PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month, as displayed in the cashier section.

5.4   8888fd does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods. Players should be aware that their own payment service provider may apply separate charges for which 8888fd accepts no responsibility.

5.5   8888fd employs anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international licensing obligations. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit and to delay crediting funds to an account pending completion of AML verification procedures.

6.1   Withdrawal requests are processed by 8888fd to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. This policy exists to satisfy AML compliance obligations and prevent fraudulent fund diversion.

6.2   Before processing any withdrawal, 8888fd may require the account holder to complete KYC identity verification. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) and, where required, proof of the ownership of the payment method being used.

6.3   8888fd targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests, measured from the time of 8888fd's approval (pending KYC clearance):

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: approximately 5–10 minutes;
• Bank Transfer (HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank): 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• USDT (TRC20): following standard network confirmation times.

6.4   The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted subject to account tier and verification status.

6.5   8888fd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending security investigations, AML reviews, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. The Company will notify the account holder of any such hold and the estimated duration of the review.

6.6   Only funds constituting winnings from genuine gameplay are eligible for withdrawal. Any funds deposited but not wagered, or wagered in a manner deemed to be bonus abuse or irregular play, may be excluded from withdrawal eligibility at 8888fd's reasonable discretion.

7.1   8888fd offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are offered at 8888fd's sole discretion and are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

7.2   Each bonus is accompanied by its own specific terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum deposit requirement, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. By accepting any bonus on 8888fd, you acknowledge and agree to those specific bonus terms in addition to these General Terms.

7.3   Where a player holds an active bonus balance, real money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds are wagered after real money funds have been exhausted, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses may only be used for the gaming products specified in the promotion terms;
• Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active — exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation;
• 8888fd reserves the right to cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms;

8.1   All casino games available on 8888fd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The Company makes no modification to game outcomes beyond the disclosed mathematical parameters (RTP and house edge) set by the game developer and auditing body.

8.2   Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are displayed for each game where available. These represent theoretical long-term statistical outcomes and do not guarantee individual session results.

8.3   In the event of a disconnection during a game, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the game server's recorded state. 8888fd's server records constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes in all circumstances.

8.4   In the event of a malfunction or error in any game, including display errors, software errors, or erroneous results arising from system faults, all wagers and payouts relating to the affected game round(s) may be declared void at 8888fd's discretion. Any amounts incorrectly credited as a result of a game malfunction are not eligible for withdrawal and may be recouped from the player's account balance.

8.5   Live dealer game sessions are subject to the rules of the studio operator (e.g. Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) in addition to these Terms. In any conflict between studio-specific rules and these Terms, the studio's rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game mechanic at issue.

9.1   8888fd's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international fixtures, and major tournaments), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports events. All sports betting is governed by both these Terms and the specific sport/market rules displayed within the sportsbook section.

9.2   Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Palpable errors in odds — whether caused by human error or technical fault — do not constitute a valid bet. 8888fd reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously displayed price and to return the original stake to the player's account.

9.3   All sports bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the point at which the bet outcome can be determined, unless the sportsbook rules for that specific market state otherwise.

9.4   In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules displayed at the time of placement. Certain markets may be suspended during periods of heightened event uncertainty (e.g. video reviews in cricket matches). 8888fd accepts no liability for the inability to place an in-play bet during such suspension periods.

9.5   Maximum payout limits per event and per market are determined by 8888fd and are displayed in the sportsbook. Bets whose potential return exceeds the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout figure regardless of the odds at placement.

10.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8888fd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with any 8888fd game or sportsbook market;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any 8888fd game for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or other strategies contrary to the spirit of the promotion;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity or in a manner that constitutes money laundering;
• Using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name;
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment reversals for completed and valid gaming transactions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8888fd staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

10.2   Where 8888fd determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Company reserves the right to withhold all outstanding balances pending investigation and, following investigation, to forfeit such balances as reasonable compensation for damages caused by the prohibited conduct.

11.1   8888fd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible by all registered players at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of account settings.

12.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8888fd platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

12.3   Any unauthorised use of 8888fd's intellectual property, including scraping, mirroring, framing, or reproducing any part of the platform without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888fd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 8888fd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2   8888fd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 8888fd in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3   8888fd does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. 8888fd accepts no liability for losses allegedly arising from platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore service as quickly as practicable.

13.4   8888fd makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of 8888fd complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

14.1   You may request closure of your 8888fd account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2   8888fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible to hold an 8888fd account;

14.3   Upon termination of an account by 8888fd for cause (such as fraud or material breach), any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, forfeited. 8888fd will provide written notice of any balance forfeiture and the basis for such action.

14.4   Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct consequences, and governing law — shall continue in full force following account closure.

15.1   8888fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8888fd will notify registered players via the registered email address or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2   The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 8888fd platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

15.3   If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as unconditional acceptance.

16.1   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8888fd holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2   In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 8888fd, you agree to first contact 8888fd's customer support to seek an informal resolution. 8888fd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.

16.3   Where an informal resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days of the complaint being formally lodged with 8888fd, either party may refer the dispute to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by 8888fd's licensing authority.

16.4   Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights pending final resolution of the dispute.
